What is inside an Expack?
Hand-picked, expertly curated items from your home country. The most popular items are sent often but we'll make sure to include some awesome new stuff to try as well.
How does it work?
Expack is a monthly subscription service for expatriates. Each month, users get a box filled with the goodies they miss from back home. Sign up on the home page and follow the instructions until you get the payment confirmation page. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any point.
When will my order ship?
Expacks start shipping the 5th of each month. As soon as your box is out the door, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Tracking numbers are issued for US orders only. Signups are taken until 9pm PT on the 4th, unless otherwise specified. If you signup after 9PM PT on the 5th, your first box will come in the following month.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available within the continental US with the exception of Canadian boxes. Canadian Expacks are shipped worldwide. An extra charge of $10 USD applies to all international orders. Please note: your home-land may charge you for customs and/or taxes depending on where you live.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All you have to do is log in and go to My Account, Edit the Subscription you would like to cancel, and click “Cancel Subscription” on the next page.
How do I change my shipping address?
All you have to do is log into your account, select your current address and change it. Once that is done, all your future Expacks will be sent to the new address.
Can I choose the goodies I get?
Where is the fun in that? Our Expacks are expertly curated by locals from each country and are filled with your favorites. We do show our boxes in advance (make sure to LIKE us on Facebook), so you can decide if you want to skip the month. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even change the country you receive each month by logging into your account. Make sure you pause, skip or change the country of your box before the 14th of each month so your selection is reflected the following month.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
By default, all subscriptions auto-renew. You can always pause your subscription, skip a month or cancel altogether...but then again why would you? :)
When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle. Re-billing occurs on the 15th of every month.
I would like to get the box for this month by when do I need to sign up?
Sign up for same-month boxes is through the 4th of every month, all orders that come in from the 5th of the month on are for the following month's box.
Can I return an Expack?
Expacks are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns.
I'm going on a trip how do I skip my box for next month?
It's easy to do do, just go log in to our website, under "My Account", then under "Your Subscription", click "Edit", the next page has a button on the top right called "Skip Next Renewal" then follow the prompts to complete the request....but remember you must do it by the 14th in order to skip the following month! If it's after just write in to email@example.com and we'll do it for you :)
What currency am I charged in?
All charges on Expack.co are processed in US Dollar.
